چکیده:
ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﻄﻠﻮب و اﺛﺮ ﺑﺨﺶ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ارﺗﻘﺎءﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژی و اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت، ﻣﺮﻫﻮن اﻧﺪﯾﺸﻪ، ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ و ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺪﮔﯽ ﻧﯿﺮوی اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺑﺎ ارزﺷﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ و داراﺋﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. درﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎی ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ را ﺑﺮﻋﻬﺪه دارﻧﺪ. ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ در اﺛﺮ ﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﺮای دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﻮده ﺑﻪ ﻧﺤﻮی ﮐﻪ ﻧﻈﺎم درآﻣﺪ و ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن را ﺑﻪ ﻧﺤﻮ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب ﻫﺪاﯾﺖ ﻣﯽ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ. ﻟﺬا اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﻪ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﺳﺎزی ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺛﺮ ﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺎﻟﯽ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎی ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ اﺳﺘﺎن اﺻﻔﻬﺎن ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻧﻮآوری ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدﻫﺎی ﺑﺮای اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺎﻟﯽ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎی ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺤﮑﯿﻢ ﭘﺎﯾﺪاری ﻣﺎﻟﯽ آن ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎ ﺷﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ ای و ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ )ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻧﻈﺮ ﺳﻨﺠﯽ از 140 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان، ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎی ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ اﺳﺘﺎن( وﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار spss اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس آﻣﺎره ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزی ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺎﻟﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار و ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان )0/410 =r( وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻣﺪﻟﺴﺎزی ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزی ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 0/304در ﺳﻄﺢ اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن 95% ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﺑﻮده و ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزی ﻧﯿﺮوی اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺎﻟﯽ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎی ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﺷﺪ.
The desirable and effective performance of organizations, in addition to promoting technology and facilities, is due to the thought, creativity and enhancement of human resources as the most valuable asset and capital of the organization. In the transportation department that manages public transportation systems. Powerful human capital has been very influential in the effectiveness of financial management to achieve the organization's goals, in that it manages the organization's income and expenses in a desirable manner. Therefore, this paper evaluates the effect of human capital empowerment components on the effectiveness of financial management in transportation agencies of isfahan province. Innovation from this research is presented in the form of proposals for the more effective management of finance in transport organizations, which can lead to consolidation of financial sustainability of those organizations. This research was carried out using library resources and field research (through a survey of 140 managers, employees of transportation agencies of the province) and data analysis using SPSS software and structural equations modeling Smart-pls3.2.6 at two levels of statistics Descriptive and inferential statistics. According to Pearson correlation coefficient, there is a significant and positive relationship between Pearson correlation coefficient and financial management effectiveness (r = 0.410). Also, based on modeling of structural equations, the coefficient of influence of empowerment components Human capital on the effectiveness of financial management at a confidence level of 304/0 95 % Was significant and the impact of human resource empowerment on the effectiveness of financial management in transport organizations was confirmed.
