چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر گرایش به عضویت در شبکه های قاچاق سازمان یافته مواد مخدر انجام رسیده است. روش: این مطالعه از نوع تحلیلی که به صورت مقطعی در سال98 انجام گرفته ، لیکن برای ارائه جامعه آماری دقیق برای تحقیق با تکیه بر آمار و اطلاعات آخرین سرشماری جمعیتی ایران در سال1395 به عنوان آمار و داده های جدید و قابل اتکا اقدام شده که تعداد شهروندان بالای 18 سال شهر زاهدان 350266 نفر بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان 384 نفر محاسبه شده و نمونهگیری به روش خوشهای چندمرحلهای از مناطق شهر زاهدان انجام شد. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه بود که روایی صوری آن بررسی شده و برای اطمینان از پایایی، از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. یافتهها:یافتههای ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﻲ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮگرایش به عضویت در شبکه های قاچاق سازمان یافته مواد مخدر ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎ داری دارد ، یافته های آزمون رگرسیون خطی ساده نشان داد که پایگاه اجتماعی - اقتصادی، بیشترین تأثیر را بر گرایش به عضویت در شبکه های قاچاق سازمان یافته مواد مخدر دارد و همچنین شکاف های قومی– مذهبی کمترین تاثیر را برگرایش به عضویت در شبکه های قاچاق سازمان یافته مواد مخدر دارد. نتیجهگیری: سازمان ها و نهادهای محلی، دولتی و حاکمیتی برای مقابله و مبارزه با قاچاق سازمان یافته مواد مخدر در قلمرو مرزهای شرقی کشور نسبت به توسعه همه جانبه مرزهای شرقی (توسعه فرهنگی ، اجتماعی ، اقتصادی و سیاسی و امنیتی) با هدف پیشگیری از آسیب ها و تهدیدات ناشی از قاچاق سازمان یافته مواد مخدر اقدامات راهبردی و اجرایی گسترده تری را صورت بندی و عملیاتی نمایند، لذا ضروری است درکنار سیاست های مقابله ای و سلبی در مبارزه با این پدیده مهم، اقدامات، رویکردها و راهبردهای ایجابی فرصت ساز و قابلیت ساز به منظور پیشگیری از عضویت در شبکه های قاچاقمواد مخدرمحور برنامه ریزی های نهادهای مسئول قرار گیرد.
Background and Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the tendency to join organized drug trafficking networks. Method: This cross-sectional study was conducted in 1998, but to provide an accurate statistical population for research based on the statistics and information of the last census of Iran in 2016 as new and reliable statistics and data. The number of citizens over the age of 18 in Zahedan was 350,266. The sample size was calculated based on Morgan table 384 people and sampling was done by multi-stage cluster method from Zahedan city. The research tool was a questionnaire whose face validity was examined and Cronbach's alpha was used to ensure reliability. Findings: The findings show that there is a tendency to join the organized drug trafficking networks. The findings of the simple linear regression test showed that the socio-economic status had the greatest impact on the tendency to join. It has drugs in organized drug trafficking networks, and also ethnic-religious divisions have the least impact on the tendency to join organized drug trafficking networks. Conclusion: Local, governmental and governmental organizations and institutions to confront and combat organized drug trafficking in the territory of the eastern borders of the country in relation to the comprehensive development of the eastern borders (cultural, social, economic, political and security development) with the aim of preventing Damages and threats caused by organized drug trafficking to formulate and implement broader strategic and executive measures, so it is necessary, in addition to counter-negative policies to combat this important phenomenon, positive measures, approaches and strategies to create opportunities and Capacity building in order to prevent membership in drug trafficking networks should be the focus of the planning of responsible institutions.
