چکیده:
دفاع مقدس مملو از معارفی است که یکی از راههای استفاده از آن، مصاحبه فعال تاریخ شفاهی است. در این قالب، چالشهایی وجود دارد که رفع آنها میتواند به غنای بیشتر مصاحبه منجر شود. در سه بخش پیش از مصاحبه، حین مصاحبه و پس از مصاحبه به مؤلفههای ذیل بهعنوان چالشهای مصاحبه در تاریخ شفاهی دفاع مقدس اشاره میشود: انتخاب سوژه، تحقیق، امتناع از مصاحبه، تعدد لحنها و اصطلاحات راویان، عدم مدیریت صحیح مصاحبه، مواجهشدن با عواطف انسانی راوی، زبان بدن مصاحبهگر، شیوه آغاز مصاحبه، تشخیص پاسخهای نامرتبط، درک حالات روحی مصاحبهشونده، تشخیص تضاد در پاسخها، بیان گویا، ساده و روشن مصاحبه، نحوه تعامل در مصاحبه، سوءتفاهم در مصاحبه، فرهنگ کتمان، عدم بازشنوایی مصاحبه، عدم تشخیص خلأهای مصاحبه و عدم تکمیل مصاحبه. این مقاله درصدد مطالعه چالشهای مصاحبه در تاریخ شفاهی دفاع مقدس است و از روش توصیفیتحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانهای و بهصورت استقرایی به این مسئله پرداخته است.
Holy Defense is full of knowledge, one of the ways to use it is through oral history active interviewing. In this format, there are challenges that can lead to more richness of the interview. In the three sections before the interview, during the interview, and after the interview, the following components are the challenges of the interview in the Holy Defense Oral History: choosing the subject, research, refusing to interview, the multiplicity of narrators' tones and terms, lack of proper management of the interview, encountering the narrator's human emotions, interviewer's body language, the way to start the interview, recognizing irrelevant answers, understanding the mental states of the interviewee, recognizing contradictions in the answers, expressive, simple and clear expression of the interview, the way of interaction in the interview, misunderstanding in the interview, the culture of concealment, lack of rehearing the interview, lack of identifying gaps in the interview and not completing the interview. This article seeks to study the challenges of interviewing in the Holy Defense oral history and has dealt with this problem by descriptive-analytical method and by using library sources inductively.
