چکیده:
فتح العرب المسلمون مصر علی ید القائد الفذ عمرو بن العاص عام 22ه/ 642م› فتوافد العرب (بدو الجزیرة العربیة) علی مصر للعیش فیها والإستقرار علی أراضییاء غیر أنهم فی هذا الإستقرار ظلوا متمسکین بسماتهم البدویة الصارخةء وبعد عدة سنوات اندمج العرب مع المصریین وصاهروهمء بل واحترفوا مهنتهم الأولی' الزراعة"ء غیر أن هذا الإندماج جاء من فئة قلیلة من العرب فی مصر لا کل العربء فظلل جزء منهم متمسکا بعاداته وتقالیده البدویة فی کل شئ عبر عصور الدولة الإسلامیةء وفی العسصر المملوکی- وبخاصة الجرکسی (923-784ه/1517-1382م) - تمیزت العلاقة بین العرب أوالعربان- کما أطلق علیهم فی العصر المملوکی- والسلطة الحاکمة بطابع خاص هو الرفض والاحتجاج فی أغلب الأوقات فالعرب أو "العربان" لم ینسوا للممالیک تاریخهم الطویل فی الرق والعبودیةء ورفضوا أن یعلوا علیهم أو یحکمهم من مسه الرق من قبلء وعبروا عن ذلک بثورات عدیدة واحتجاجات کثیرة منذ اللحظة الأولی لحکم الممالیکء ثورات استمرت طوال العصر المملوکی" البحری والجرکسی" ثورات کان من شأنها التأثیر السلبی علی حالة البلاد السیاسیة والإقتصادیة علی حد سواء. وما نود أن نسعی إلیه من خلال هذه الورقة البحثیة أن نلقی الضوء علی طبیعة العلاقة بین " العربان" والسلطة الحاکمة فی مصر فی عهد الممالیک الجراکسة علی وجه التحدیدء وهل خضعت هذه العلاقة لنمط واحد هو الطاعة أم الرفض والاحتجاجء وما مظاهر هذا الرفضء وما مظاهر الطاعة إن وجدت مع رصد للنتائج المترتبة علی هسذین النمطین بوجه عام.
