تتم عملية تنمية الموارد البشرية بأسلوبين هما: الاول : هو اسلوب التنمية الرسمي الذي تتم بموجبه التنمية البشرية والبحث يتكون من خمسة مباحث رئيسية وهي: المبحث الاول: عناصر البحث، اما المبحث الثاني: المفاهيم والمصطلحات العلمية الخاصة بالبحث، اما المبحث الثالث: اهمية التدريب واهدافه ومبرراته وانواعه، والمبحث الرابع: اهم اساليب التدريب والوسائل المساعدة له ، اما المبحث الخامس: الاستنتاجات والتوصيات ، وفي الاخير المصادر باللغة العربية والانكليزية.
