چکیده:
ﻫـﺪﻑ ﭘـﮋﻭﻫﺶ ﺑﺮﺭﺳـﻲ ﺭﺍﺑﻄـﻪ ﺑـﻴﻦ ﺍﺳـﺘﺮﺱ ﺷـﻐﻠﻲ ﻭAbstract: The aim of this study was toinvestigate of the relationship between job ﺭﺿﺎﻳﺖ ﺯﻧﺎﺷﻮﻳﻲ ﺯﻧﺎﻥ ﺷﺎﻏﻞ ﺩﺭ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺕ ﻛﺎﺭ ﻭ ﺍﻣﻮﺭ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺍﻧﺠـﺎﻡstress and marital satisfaction among (۱۹۹۲) ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺩﻭ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺍﺳﺘﺮﺱ ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﻓﻴﻠﻴﭗﺍﻝﺭﺍﻳﺲfemales personnel work and socials affairs ﻭ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺭﺿﺎﻳﺖ ﺯﻧﺎﺷﻮﻳﻲ ﺍﻧﺮﻳﭻ )۷۹۹۱( ﺗﻮﺳـﻂ ۰۰۱ ﻧﻔـﺮ ﺍﺯministry. Instruments used were job stress ﻛﺎﺭﻣﻨﺪﺍﻥ ﺯﻥ ﺷﺎﻏﻞ ﺩﺭ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺕ ﻛﺎﺭ ﻭ ﺍﻣﻮﺭ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻛﻪ ﺑـﻪﺻـﻮﺭﺕinventory measure by philiph Al Rice(1992) and, marital satisfaction inventory ﺗﺼﺎﺩﻓﻲ ﺍﻧﺘﺨﺎﺏ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺑﻮﺩﻧﺪ ﺗﻜﻤﻴﻞ ﻭ ﺑﺮﺭﺳﻲ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎﻥ ﺩﺍﺩby Enrich (1997). The sample was ﻛﻪ ﺯﻧﺎﻥ ﺷﺎﻏﻞ ﺩﭼﺎﺭ ﺍﺳﺘﺮﺱ ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷـﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘـﺎﻳﺞ ﻫـﻢﭼﻨـﻴﻦselected and randomly 100 female ۰/۰۰۱ ، r = -۰/۳۹۲) ﻧﺸﺎﻥ ﻣﻲﺩﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﻨﻔﯽpersonnel married for at least two years.The result indicated that there were ( ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﺳﺘﺮﺱ ﺷـﻐﻠﻲ ﻭ ﺭﺿـﺎﻳﺖ ﺯﻧﺎﺷـﻮﻳﻲ ﻭﺟـﻮﺩ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ. ﺑـﻴﻦPsignificant negative correlation between ( ﺩﺭP۰/۵ ،r =-۰/۳۲۸) ﺭﺿﺎﻳﺖ ﺯﻧﺎﺷﻮﻳﻲ ﻭ ﺭﻭﺍﺑﻂ ﺑـﻴﻦ ﻓـﺮﺩﻱjob stress and marital satisfaction (r .ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮﻫﺎﻱ ﺍﺳﺘﺮﺱ ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﻫﻤﺒـﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﻨﻔـﻲ ﻭﺟـﻮﺩ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ= -٠/٣٩٢). There were significant negative ﺑﻴﻦ ﺩﻳﮕﺮ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮﻫﺎﻱ ﺍﺳﺘﺮﺱ ﺷـﻐﻠﻲ ﻳﻌﻨـﻲ ﻭﺿـﻌﻴﺖ ﺟـﺴﻤﺎﻧﻲ ﻭcorrelation between individual betweenrelations and marital satisfaction (r-٠/٣٢٨ ﻋﻼﺋﻖ ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﻭ ﺭﺿﺎﻳﺖ ﺯﻧﺎﺷﻮﻳﻲ ﺭﺍﺑﻄﻪﺍﻱ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﻧﺪﺍﺭﺩ. ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﻴـﺮ =). There were significant negative ﺍﺳﺘﺮﺱ ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ﺭﺿﺎﻳﺖ ﺯﻧﺎﺷـﻮﻳﻲ ﺭﻭﺍﺑـﻂ ﺩﻭﺗـﺎﻳﻲ ﺿـﺮﻳﺐcorrelation between couple relations, and ( ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ، ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮP ۰/۰۵ ،r=-۰/۳۶۴) ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﻨﻔﻲjob stress (r=-٠/٣۶۴). There weresignificant negative correlation between ﺍﺳﺘﺮﺱ ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ﺭﺿﺎﻳﺖ ﺯﻧﺎﺷـﻮﻳﻲ ﺭﻭﺍﺑـﻂ ﺟﻨـﺴﻲ ﺿـﺮﻳﺐjob stress and sexual relations (r =-٠/٣١۵). ( ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ. ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮP ۰/۰۵ ،r =-۰/۳۱۵) ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﻨﻔﻲThere weren’t significant correlation job ﺍﺳﺘﺮﺱ ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﻭ ﺩﻳﮕﺮ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮﻫـﺎﻱ ﺭﺿـﺎﻳﺖ ﺯﻧﺎﺷـﻮﻳﻲ ﻫﻤﺒـﺴﺘﮕﻲstress other variables and maritalsatisfaction other variables. .ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪﻩ ﻧﺸﺪ
